You can also upload documents directly to the Alice by redque web app. In the case of integration via API, the use of our service is entirely within your control, so it is possible to fully tailor the service to your processes.

Redque can not only transcribe data from invoices and other tax documents with high accuracy and speed, but more interestingly, it can intelligently interpret this data. Thanks to advanced algorithms, it recognizes the content and meaning of each specific piece of data, verifies it in available registers, and then automatically assigns it to the corresponding predefined fields, which can be exported to your accounting system. With Redque technology, you can easily and quickly check your extracted data. Once an invoice or other document has been processed, you’ll see an interactive view where you can drill down into each individual piece of data. This allows you to easily identify from which part of the document each piece of information was extracted. It also confirms accuracy by verifying the data through external services such as ARES. This way, you can be sure that the data is reliable and rely on it for the next steps in your accounting process.

You can easily export the extracted data to your accounting system. We also archive all uploaded documents for five years, so you can easily return to them if necessary.
